Easter Weekend in 't Loo
  One Two Three Four Five

We left 't Loo on Tuesday and headed home thru Kampen with a circular detour via Schokland, Nagele, Urk, Kampen, Kraggenburg and Vollenhove.

We made a pit stop at Vollenhove for lunch at the Mekong Vietnamese restaurant. Each dish has the word "Mekong" in it but they all tasted suspiciously your typical Dutch chinese food ie. Chinese Indisch flavor. If one is into Chinese Indisch food, one would enjoy very much travelling within the Netherlands ... in the very littlest town one can be assured of finding at least one chinese restaurant. At minimum not less than ten dishes (if not the entire menu) are truly standardised fare in terms of presentation, ingredients and taste ... helps when travelling with children, dead boring for parents perhaps.

A leisurely walk in town and Vollenhove's jachthaven in sunny weather was just the item the kids needed after a few hour's drive.
